◎A registration form, beverage service and boarding instructions will be provided prior to the flight.
◎Flights may be unavoidably canceled due to weather conditions or aircraft malfunction.
◎No items other than digital cameras, smart phones (with cabin mode on) and valuables are allowed on board.
◎We ask you to indicate your weight on the booking form on the day of the flight, as it is necessary to calculate the center of gravity for helicopter operations.
◎Passengers weighing 120 kg or more or who are unable to fasten their seat belts will not be permitted to board the helicopter. Total weight limit for all passengers is 240 kg.
◎Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
