The Sugie Noh Theater was built in Taisho 6 as a gift for the Noh stage in the former Kishiwada Castle.
It is the oldest existing Noh stage in Osaka Prefecture, and is a small stage based on the format of the “Nishi Honganji North Stage,” which is designated as a national treasure, and there are highlights (audience seats) in an L-shape to surround the front garden, Hakushu, three ground-planted pines, and the stage.
You will actually go up to the stage and experience Noh's way of walking, drumming, etc.

*You will be asked to wear socks when going up to the Noh stage.
