〈About tickets〉

・The cancellation fee will be 100% after 16:00 on Thursday, July 24, 2025.

・Preschool children are free. However, if you need a seat, you will be charged. (same price as adults)

・Even if preschoolers participate, please enter the number of people to ensure safety on board.

・You cannot board the boat without a ticket on the day.

・You can redeem the original ticket at the reception desk on the day.

・The seat number will be shown when boarding the boat.

・If there are 2 or more people, please make sure everyone comes together.

・If a ticket is damaged or lost, it will not be reissued at all, even if you have proof of purchase (purchase history, ticketing certificate, receipt, tickets purchased together, etc.). Also, same-day boarding is not possible.
・No refunds will be given due to ticket purchase mistakes.
・Refunds will not be made due to delays or non-arrival due to congestion to the boarding area. Also, no refunds will be made due to customer circumstances.

・Tickets purchased through personal sales, auction sites, or cash voucher shops are not guaranteed to be valid at all. Also, reselling tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.

〈About boarding〉

・Since you are traveling by boat, it may be difficult to see fireworks depending on the time. Also, it may be slightly difficult to see due to structures, etc. Please be aware of this before purchasing.

・There are multiple boats anchored at the boarding location, so when boarding the boat, you must cross another ship to board. Therefore, people using wheelchairs or strollers are not allowed to board the boat. There is also no place where you can leave your luggage. Please be aware in advance.

・If you are concerned about seasickness, please prepare sickness medicine etc. beforehand.

・Smoking is prohibited on board.

・Please note that we are not responsible for any trouble between customers.
・To prevent danger, please refrain from entering the boat with pets or assistance dogs such as guide dogs. Also, it is not possible to keep it at the reception desk.
・Please cooperate in sorting garbage.

・Please refrain from using a parasol.

〈Others〉

・It will be carried out in case of rain (canceled in case of stormy weather). If the event is canceled in the middle of the event, no refund will be given.

If both the funato and fireworks are canceled, a refund will be made.

*Implementation decisions will be announced on Osaka Tenmangu's official SNS (Facebook) as soon as they are decided.

・If the event is held in rainy weather, please refrain from using an umbrella as it may cause inconvenience to nearby customers. Please bring a raincoat, etc. (There is no postponement.)

・If the organizer determines that there is a danger due to strong winds, etc., the festival, including fireworks, may be suspended or canceled. There are no postponements or transfer dates.

・Bringing in a tripod or selfie stick is not permitted.

・Bringing unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, etc.) onto a ship and piloting/flying on board is prohibited.

・Sales of admission tickets to gangsters, gang members, or gang members, and same-day admission are not permitted. Also, if nuisance (acts of violence, drunkenness, acts contrary to public order and morals) occurs within the venue, it will be reported to the police.
・The venue is expected to be crowded, so please observe good manners and observe the staff's instructions so as not to bother other customers. Those who do not follow the staff's instructions may be forced to leave the venue. In that case, there are no ticket refunds, etc.
