Enjoy a private rental of the Dotonbori sushi making workshop, where you can take part in a special sushi making experience without worrying about your surroundings.
In this exclusive space, you’ll learn from an instructor and try your hand at making authentic sushi, then take your time savoring the sushi you create right on the spot.
You’ll also visit a Japanese snack‑bar to enjoy its unique culture, with drinks, light snacks, and karaoke included.
An English guide is provided, so guests visiting from overseas can join with confidence.
Please note that the sushi-making experience is private for your group, while the Japanese snack‑bar experience is not private and other guests may be present.

➀ You will wear a sushi chef's costume.

➁You will mix sushi vinegar with the rice to make shari (sushi rice).
↓
➂You will make sushi by shaping shari first, then putting shari and neta(fish) together.
↓
④ You will enjoy your meal.

➄ You will move to Japanese “Snack” Karaoke Bar with a guide.
↓
⑥You’ll enjoy Japan’s unique snack‑bar culture. This includes two drinks, some light snacks, and two karaoke songs.
※You may order drinks during your sushi meal and pay for them on the day.
