Making the world's only original accessory made with glass balls & praying experience at a shrine

This is a special experience plan where you can enjoy traditional craft experiences and shrine visits all at once in the Izumi area of Osaka.

You can observe the manufacturing process of glass bars up close and experience some of the processing processes. Next, after watching a demonstration of glass ball production by craftsmen, they actually make glass balls using glass rods.

Glass sticks, which are used as materials for glass crafts, are melted with fire to make about 10 glass balls. Use glass balls made with a combination of colors and patterns to finish necklaces, bracelets, and keychains. While waiting, you can also visit and buy glass work exhibits made by artisans.

*Each person can only create one type of accessory.

After experiencing traditional crafts, head to a historic shrine where the legend of the White Fox remains and visit the precincts. Special prayers will be received in the main shrine, which is closed to the public. It includes a glass ball created and a special experience where the Shinto priest himself performs his own prayers and purification.
