Chef Nishizono opened “Seiichiro NISHIZONO” in 2014 after working for Hilton Osaka and a prestigious shop in Kobe. Upon request of the Arimaria Team, he cooperated in the “Stylish-Cute” project as a “Sweets Ambassador.”
One of his creations, “Dramatique,” for which he incorporated a special technique that leaves a lingering scent in confectionery, caused a buzz among women and on social networks. He is an active, leading patissier in the world of sweets, not only praised by customers who seek quality for his uncompromising choice of ingredients, but also highly popular in Asian countries.
